Yasmine Khoushab

Yas Khoushab, LMFT, is a licensed psychotherapist specializing in codependency, self-abandonment, and the hidden relationship patterns of high-functioning women. Her work explores a side of codependency that often goes unnoticed: the woman who is deeply capable and independent, yet finds herself monitoring other people’s moods, over-functioning in relationships, struggling to receive, and unconsciously abandoning herself to maintain connection.
