I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, life transitions, and the lasting impact of past experiences. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning on the outside—successful in their careers, relationships, and responsibilities—yet internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or exhausted from constantly holding everything together. My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I integrate psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based work, and practical tools to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll explore not only what's happening in the present, but also the deeper experiences that may be shaping how you think, feel, and relate to yourself and others. For couples, I help partners improve communication, rebuild connection, navigate conflict, and better understand the patterns that keep them feeling disconnected. My goal is to create a space where both individuals feel heard, understood, and supported in moving toward a stronger relationship. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling stuck in the same patterns, facing a major life transition, or simply looking to better understand yourself, therapy can offer an opportunity to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and intention.
