Hi I'm Stephanie,I'm a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and the founder of Nueva Vida Psychiatry. As an Afro-Latina and first-generation provider, I bring a culturally aware and thoughtful perspective to my work. I created my practice to offer an unrushed and personalized approach to mental health care, especially for women navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and hormonal mood changes like PMDD. My work integrates medication management with lifestyle and other holistic considerations to create care that feels practical and individualized. I aim to create a space that feels calm, respectful, and easy to settle into, for both patients and the professionals I share space with.
