My journey into psychology and philosophy is fueled by an insatiable curiosity about the human experience. I’ve always been captivated by the labyrinth of the mind and the myriad ways our experiences shape our view of ourselves and the world. This quest led me to Antioch University Los Angeles, where I delved into studies on spiritual development, addiction, trauma, and Jungian dream analysis.But this journey wasn’t just academic; it was personal. I've faced my own storms and navigated the turbulent seas of life’s challenges. These experiences taught me that true healing and growth come from embracing our full range of experiences with compassion and curiosity.In addition to my academic pursuits, I explored the enchanting realms of Zen Buddhism and Mindfulness Meditation in Kyoto, Japan, uncovering profound insights into the nature of being and consciousness. Now, my passion lies in helping others become explorers of their own inner worlds, uncovering the roots of their struggles, and fostering a deeper connection with themselves.
