Sarah Shealy

I am passionate about helping people navigating perimenopause and beyond. I have a particular interest in postpartum to perimeno overlap. I offer hormones and non-hormone therapies, nutrition, movement, and mindset. Educated at Wellesley and Yale, I have decades of women's health care experience in a variety of settings. My own health challenges during perimenopause prompted me to shift my professional focus to menopause. Even with all I knew as a Certified Nurse Midwife, I found it incredibly challenging to find a practitioner to help. As a Menopause Society Certified practitioner, I am up to date on evidence based approaches to menopause treatments. As a seasoned women's health provider and mother of two daughters, I offer an empathetic ear and a close attention to detail. This is not our mother's menopause. We can thrive in these years and beyond.
