Most of my clients have been told they are "too sensitive" or "too much." I support teens and young adults in better understanding, validating, and regulating their emotions. Your emotions are welcome here. I collaborate with clients on a range of mental health conditions including personality disorders, depression, ADHD, body-image issues, gender dysphoria, relational traumas, sex and love addiction, and anxiety disorders. I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for teens and young adults. DBT is a cognitive, behavioral approach designed to support you in finding balance in your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I offer DBT skills combined with a relational, trauma-informed approach, using compassion and humor.
