Rian O’Meara

Rian is a certified hypnotherapist and guidance counselor. His practice is in Santa Monica with an emphasis on individual growth through clearer, intrapersonal communication. Fundamentally, he assists with one’s subconscious connection to accelerate conscious change. “In my practice, I blend a unique therapeutic mix of how to balance body, mind and will. For example, as a client, you know what you want: peace of mind, prosperity, self-respect, confidence, the list goes on. I show my clients easy to use everyday tools to achieve their goals and reinforce their ability to use these tools quickly, easily and simply.” It is a technique of self-empowerment. Rian graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.A. in Psychology and naturally gravitated to the helping professions. One of his most rewarding experiences came early in his career as a Case Manager for a group home of juvenile delinquent boys in Chicago: “This role gave me unique leadership responsibilities, and I learned essential lessons about encouragement.” Through the power of belief one can choose a better life.
