Hey! I’m Paola. When I’m not soaking up the sunshine, reading a good book, or practicing yoga, you can usually find me spending time with the people I love, exploring somewhere new. My approach to therapy is shaped by an understanding of culture, identity, family dynamics, and life experiences. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you can explore your story with curiosity, self-compassion, and without judgment. I am passionate about supporting people of various backgrounds create meaningful change in their lives. I love helping clients regain the the confidence to reconnect with what matters most to them. I have specialty training in treating Anxiety Disorders, Phobias, OCD, TIC/Tourettes, Body Dysmorphia, and Body-focused Repetitive Behaviors. I have 5 years of experience in the school setting supporting students with 504 and IEP plans. I enjoy working with children and teen to help them gain the skills and confidence to strive on and off campus. I'm excited to start working with individuals of various life paths!
