Laurie Cousins

I am a mindfulness teacher (CMTP) with UCLA Mindful, integrative somatic practitioner, wellbeing consultant, and spiritual guide with more than 20 years of experience supporting healing and transformation. As a certified Community Resiliency Model (CRM) Teacher with the Trauma Resource Institute, I have specialized in trauma and addiction recovery for over 15 years. In my private practice, I offer a holistic, trauma-responsive approach that integrates somatic healing, compassion training, and resilience building. I work with youth, adults, couples, families, teams, and leaders, supporting people in reconnecting with their inner resources, navigating life’s challenges, and creating meaningful change. I also facilitate Wolf Therapy, Women & Wolves, and other experiential programs at Wolf Connection, where I weave the wisdom of wolves and nature into my work. Across all that I offer, my intention is to support a reconnection with our inner knowing and wholeness while cultivating joyful connection and meaning.
