Hi! I'm Kerry & I'm so glad you're here! I work with young adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-worth, relationships & attachments, and substance use recovery. Maybe you’re tired of feeling stuck in the same patterns. Maybe something happened that still feels difficult to move past. Or maybe you simply know that the way you’ve been coping isn’t working anymore. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness practices to meet you where you are while creating space for both healing and practical change. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. Therapy is a place to start.
