Hi! I'm Jordan, and I believe that healing begins with a deeper connection to ourselves. Whether someone is feeling stuck, struggling in their relationships, or navigating a complex relationship with food or their body, I offer a space that invites warmth, compassion, and non-judgment. In my work, I honor that each person’s experience is unique, and I see therapy as a collaborative process. My role is to support clients in tuning into their own inner wisdom, building self-trust, and finding new ways of relating—to themselves and the world around them.My passion lies in working with adolescents and adults facing eating disorders, feeling stuck, and working through relational struggles. My approach is empathetic, relational, and trauma-informed. By integrating a range of therapeutic modalities, I support clients to tap into their unique strengths to move toward healing and personal growth.I bring a warm, compassionate presence to my work and believe deeply in creating a space where clients feel truly seen and supported.
