My name is Jessica Dawn Russell
I have various credentials and certifications within the mental health, Clinical Hypnotherapy, holistic, & nutrition
( holistic, functional and integrative) and health coaching space. Besides CBT and Somatic therapy, I work a lot with clients in need of clinical hypnotherapy . I am a advanced educated Hypnotherapist (cch.t) and a practitioner in Somatic positive psychology. I work with trauma, depression, mental illness, disorders, and medical, dental, chronic pain, nutrition and health conflicts. The mind connects with the body so I understand sometimes mental is not about popping a pill or just talking. I have the ability to seek out trauma and depression however, substance abuse, deep rooted issues and mind blocks are from within then outwards. I have more options when trying to help my client get control of their mind and clean out the mental blocks rooted into the body. I also work with individuals in understanding GLP-1 and Peptides, 2 out of 9 clients are taking GLP-1's for diet and weight loss. Patients however are given a prescription, the pharmacy may spend 2 minutes with the patient and they are not provided health, lifestyle or education regarding the prescription they are taking. We educate phases in health, weight loss, meal plans, and coaching for those thinking about GLP medications through the process and the weaning off and maintaining weight after prescriptions end. There is also a mental health effect to transformation due to GLP's nobody thinks about. Besides residing my practice with Olida suites, I work from my office in Beverly Hills. I do not take insurance plans at this time only cash pay/credit card payments. I do offer a payment plan for my programs or session packages of 8 or more. My clients are Male and female age 7 and up / I began my career working with kids and teens. Most clients today are adults or teenagers. I work through Encino, Studio City and Beverly Hills. For special clients I can work through Pasadena. Many of my clients are in the sports, entertainment, media and C-level professionals. Travel and location programs may be arranged. I welcome referrals or can share clients in other health or coaching areas while you retain client on the psychology side I am open to collaborations.
