Jessica O'Leary

Get personalized outpatient therapy in-person or via telehealth. I support individuals, caregiver/child pairs, couples, and families, providing therapy and diagnostic evaluations in English and Spanish. I work with youth across the developmental spectrum, from infancy through early childhood, school-age, adolescence, and emerging adulthood. I also work with adults of all ages. My practice focuses on using a strength-based, culturally sensitive, LGBTQ+ affirming, attachment lens to provide trauma and resiliency informed care. Presenting concerns include symptoms associated with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and other mental health challenges. I also support clients in addressing a range of topics such as early childhood concerns, relationship issues, life transitions, and experiences with foster care and adoption.
