Felicia Lepetri

I have years of experience in the field of grief, loss and life transitions and have seen how disruptive it can be to individuals, partnerships and families. I have worked primarily with clients who have been impacted by a chronic health condition, those who have lost a loved one or working through a life transition. My approach is to make meaning of these losses, support you through your grief and identify strategies to help you feel grounded, connected and seen. I appreciate the uniqueness of everyone's story, which is why I utilize a combination of modalities, from trauma work, CBT, ACT, EFT and Attachment-Based therapy. I also have experience working with frontline staff and COVID related distress and burnout for healthcare workers and patients.
