I'm an LMFT with 15 years of practice, working primarily through AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), a relational, experiential approach grounded in the idea that healing happens through genuinely felt, connected experience, not just insight. My training also draws on psychodynamic and CBT foundations, but AEDP is where I live now. I do my deepest work with first and second generation adults navigating identity, family expectations, and the space between cultures. I also work closely with parents, both in the practical work of parenting and in their own individual healing. In addition I work with couples who want support raising children while navigating cultural differences together. Across all of it, the work tends to feel similar: many of my clients tell me it's the first time they've felt truly seen and validated. From there, they're able to process what they're carrying, gain real clarity about their lives, and walk away feeling lighter.
