I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist providing support for children, teens, parents, and families navigating emotional, developmental, and relational challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in attachment, connection, and an understanding of the unique experiences that shape each individual and family. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood and supported as they build self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s transitions. I have a special interest in pregnancy and postpartum, early childhood, neurodiversity, and NICU and medically complex journeys.
