As a Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Mental Performance Consultant my work integrates counseling and sport psychology to help clients manage stress, build confidence, strengthen emotional regulation, and navigate personal and performance-related challenges. With experience in both counseling and athletics, I understand the important connection between mental health, physical well-being, and performance. I like to use a collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based approach to help each client develop practical skills, recognize their capabilities, and thrive in all areas of life.
